Framework of Assignment organized by Department of Physics

The Department of Physics organized a talk on “Framework of Assignment” for the students of Semester I and Semester III on 12th November 2025. The session aimed to provide students with a clear understanding of the structure, guidelines, and evaluation criteria for academic assignments.

International Science Day 2025

An Open Discussion on International Science Day was organized by the Department of Physics. Dr Anil Kumar, Head of the Department, addressed the students and highlighted the significance of this day in the contemporary global context. Ms. Alolika Roy presented a concise overview of the development of science, while Dr. Priyanka guided the students and encouraged them to actively participate in all departmental events. Dr. Birendra Mandal was also present during the programme.

A department level quiz competition has been organised. Saurabh Kumar UG-5 performed role of quiz master. The final result was announced by Dr.Anil Kumar, HOD Physics and Ms.Alolika Roy assisted students to organise it.
