NCC cadet Dilip Kumar from B.D. College, has been selected for the National Cadet Corps,Special National Integration Camp,Republic Day Camp SNIC–RDC in Delhi. This camp will be held in Delhi from January 14th to 28th. A total of 12 cadets from the Bihar-Jharkhand Directorate have been selected. Cadet Dilip Kumar is a Semester-I student of Mathematics at B.D. College. The college administration has expressed its delight at his selection and wished him a bright future.

Cadet Shiv Shankar Anand of B.D. College honored at Advanced Rock Climbing Camp

Following the successful completion of the Advanced Rock Climbing Camp in Junagadh, Gujarat, NCC Cadet Shiv Shankar Anand of B.D. College, Patna, was awarded the Rope Leader of the Year for his outstanding performance. The award was presented by Colonel Amit Tyagi, Commandant, 8 Gujarat Battalion. Shiv Shankar Anand received this recognition for his outstanding performance in the final assessment, which recognized his excellent proficiency in rock climbing, and leadership skills during the camp.

Four bright NCC girl cadets of BD College, Patna - Shruti Kumari, Sapna Kumari, Shalini Kumari and Vasika, through their strong will, discipline and excellent performance, have brought laurels to the college at the national level by securing a place for the All India Girl Trekking Expedition, Sikkim. A total of 24 Senior Wing (Girl) cadets from Bihar-Jharkhand Directorate were selected for this prestigious national trekking expedition, out of which four cadets are from BD College alone.

Tiranga campaign in every home (2025)

The Tiranga is a symbol of our valour, sacrifice and unity. The Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan launched by the Government of India aims to promote the spirit of unity, patriotism and national pride by encouraging every Indian household to proudly hoist the Indian flag. In this spirit, the NCC unit of BD College was led by Principal Prof Ratna Amrit to conduct a flag march and spread awareness about India's iconic national flag, our beloved tricolour.
