Mini Talk Competition on the Theme "Youth and History" Organized on National Youth Day
The Department of Ancient History at B.D. College, Patna, organized a mini-talk competition on the theme "Youth and History: From the Past to the Future" on National Youth Day. Held under the guidance of Principal Prof. Ratna Amrit, the event aimed to foster historical awareness among students. The winners were Aman Kumar Sahni (first place), Aman Kumar (second place), and Asad Akhtar (third place). Dr. Swarna Kumar inaugurated the program, and Mrs. Neetu Tiwari announced the winners.

Lecture Program on the Occasion of World Heritage Week 2025.
To commemorate World Heritage Week (November 19–25), the Dept of Ancient History, Culture, and Archaeology, BD College, Patna, organized an academic lecture program on 19-11-2025. The program began with the presidential address and a dignified welcome address by the Principal, Prof. Dr. Ratna Amrit. Dr. D.N. Sinha, former Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India (Patna Circle), was invited as the keynote speaker.

Speech competition on the topic "Relevance of Marriage as an Ancient Indian Social Institutions"
The Department of Ancient History, Culture, and Archaeology at B.D. College, Patna, successfully organized an impromptu speech competition on "The Relevance of Marriage as an Ancient Indian Social Institution" on November 13, 2025, as part of the weekly academic series "Guru Gaurav." The program was inspired by the educational guidance and encouragement of the college's Principal, Professor Ratna Amrit. The program was conducted by the Head of the Department, Mrs. Neetu Tiwari.
